New Postcard Design

I had to make a few changes on the post card design and I quite pleased with the new version and see it as an improvement.  My show is going to be longer than previously thought and will run at Gallery in the Woods from November 6, 2015 to January 31, 2016.  The opening reception will be held during Brattleboro's gallery walk night on Nov. 6th from 5:30 to 8 pm.  Hope to see you there!

I really love designing postcards for myself and other artists. If there is an artist or gallery that needs some help with this, I am available for hire at reasonable rates.

Zenith @ Gallery in the Woods

I will be having my third feature/solo show this Nov/Dec. at Gallery in the Woods, Brattleboro, VT.  Zenith will include around 10 of the paintings completed in 2015.

If you missed the show at Omega and can’t make it to the Geissler Gallery in Greenfield, MA this month, you will have one more chance to see my work in person this year, unless you stop by the studio which you will be welcome!
The opening reception take place on the first Friday gallery walk in November.

Pictured here on the card is "Dance of the Cosmos" 30"x30", acrylic on cradle board.

Geissler Gallery Show

Here is one of the wall installations from my current show "Transcendent" at the Geissler Gallery. (one wall of 5) This show will be up through October 28th and is located at Stoneleigh-Burnham School in Greenfield, MA.

Showing in this massive space was such a wonderful experience as it allowed me to see my work
for the first time from such a far perspective.  The paintings in this photo are large at 30"x 30" and they look decievingly small.  This space also granted me the opportunity to see a large body of my work together in one space.   The gallery hours are 9am to 4 pm Monday -Friday.  I hope you will stop in and enjoy the show.
Alicia Hunsicker's art is undeniably beautiful. She is an expert at extracting the highly-detailed textures and fibers of the human body, bringing them from darkness, into the light, with a technical precision that rivals any modern-day master.
