Open Studio Tomorrow!

I am doing my open studio a bit differently this year.  I usually open my studio up to the public and set it up like a gallery and do so in conjunction with my neighbor Kristin Nicholas.  This year however I had a conflict with the closing reception of From Out the the West at the Sprinkler Factory in Worcester, MA which is on Sunday.

So! I will be setting up a display at Kristin's Open Farmhouse Event on Saturday 10 am to 4 pm.  I will be there that one day only!
Here is the Event page on Facebook  The event is free and open to the public. We will have refreshments and lots of hand made Gifts to make your holiday special! Deborah Garner Collection and The Kangaroo Dyer will also be joining us!! Hope you can make it!!

Showing at the Whitney Center for the Arts

Hello! I wanted to let my readers know about my next show at the Whitney Center for the Arts in Pittsfield, MA.  I will be showing with two other unique women artists Lori Bradley and Catherine Smith.  The exhibition, which was curated by Nayana Glazier, is based on themes of nature and mystical, metaphysical rebirth and transformation and is called Chrysalis.

You are invited to the opening is this Friday,
June 2nd from 5 to 8pm. If you can't make the opening the Gallery Hours are:
Saturdays 12n-5pm and during the week by appt.
413-443-0289
The show can also be viewed at other events that are happening that month.

Whitney Center for the Arts, nestled in the heart of the Berkshires in Pittsfield, is dedicated to elevating performance and visual arts. Pittsfield is also referred to as “The Brooklyn of the Berkshires”, edgy, creative and an alternative to stodgy and predictable art scenes. The Whit, as it is affectionately called is housed in a historic mansion, just down the road from Tanglewood and Historic Lenox and a scenic drive from Mass MOCA. Pittsfield is the largest city in the Berkshires, the County seat and a growing artistic and cultural hub with several theaters and arts institutions within a few steps of the Whit. Read more here
